I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, but the strong smoke odors were a downside. The service was accommodating, especially when we had to switch rooms due to the smell. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but the dining options were not as expected.
My stay at this hotel was overall pleasant with a few drawbacks. The lack of a microwave in the room and a non-functioning ice maker on the floor were disappointing. On the bright side, the unexpected upgrade to a room with a king bed was excellent.
The hotel was in a great spot, close to downtown making it convenient for transportation. The rooms were comfortable but the reservation process was a hassle. The service was friendly and helpful while the dining experience was not as good as anticipated. The location was great for accessing downtown needs but lacking in vibrant nightlife. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
